Schneider will report to Gary Tauss, president and CEO of TollBridge Technologies. Ken Schneider rounds out the executive team at Tollbridge Technologies, providing the financial expertise and market knowledge that will help us penetrate the new generation of broadband carriers both domestically and internationally, said Tauss. Ken Schneider comes to TollBridge from American Sterling Communications, a company focused on voice and Internet access product solutions for broadband networks, where he held the position of vice president and CFO. Previously, Schneider was executive vice president and CFO for First Pacific Networks, the pioneer in development of telephone, Internet, and utility application access products for fiber/coaxial cable networks. Earlier, Ken was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (formally Coopers Lybrand), where he specialized in telecommunications, emerging technology companies, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
