Toll-quality Voice-Over-Broadband On Display

SANTA CLARA, Calif., November 28, 2000 - TollBridge Technologies, the leading developer of high-quality voice-over-broadband solutions for a new generation of carriers, will be demonstrating a carrier-grade cable IP telephony to PSTN solution at the CableNET® 2000 exhibit at the Western Show 2000 in Los Angeles, Nov. 29 - Dec. 1.

Utilizing TollBridge's TB200 IP-PSTN Gateway, the demonstration will show how carriers can deliver toll-quality voice services from a Class 5 switch over a high-speed data infrastructure. The TB200 solution leverages Class 5 switch support to eliminate IP telephony technology risk. This allows Multiple System Operators (MSOs) to immediately deploy an integrated voice and data solution that will enhance their services portfolio, increasing revenue from existing assets.

"TollBridge Technologies changes the economics of delivering voice service to residential and small business customers," said Agnes Imregh, TollBridge vice president of marketing. "The cost of entry is dramatically lowered by the use of existing high-speed data infrastructure and the high scalability of the TollBridge voice-over-cable solution."
