| At TollBridge, we are committed to making our customers successful by providing high quality technical training. We provide interactive, hands on courses with emphasis on real world applications and useful information. Our trainers are not just presenters but also knowledgeable and experienced in the installation and use of our products. We strive to make our customers experts in the installation, maintenance and management of our solutions. We currently offer the following courses alone or in combination. We feel that technical training works best when it includes hands on exercises with the actual equipment our customers use. TollBridge strongly recommends that students are taught at a location equipped with a TollBridge gateway that is configured for real life application. This can be at a customers site or, if equipment is not available or has not yet been purchased, at our headquarters in Santa Clara, California. When classes are held remotely from our facilities, we require minimum equipment setup be provided in order to make the student experience meaningful and effective. Technical training is provided on an as needed basis in response to demand. TollBridge requires a minimum class size of four students in order to hold a course. As mentioned above, location is flexible based on the availability of equipment. Please contact our customer support group to arrange a course or enquire about rates. An authorized purchase order is required before TollBridge can confirm training commitments.
