pet friendly hotel Toulouse Based on the placement history of the Institute (specific degrees, areas of placements and so on), and through a computer-based randomised selection process, registered graduates will be selected and called upon to follow an Initial Orientation Programme (IOP) of five consecutive days. The IOP is designed to contribute towards attitudinal change of the graduates and provide a positive outlook towards private sector work cultures. The IOP will also highlight the opportunities available in the private sector as well as the challenges. In addition, graduates will receive practical training to face interviews successfully.
