Castle Hills Community, Lewisville, Texas- A 2700 acre planned community along State Highway No. 121 bounded onthe south by the Town of Hebron, on the north by The Colony, and on theeast and west by the City of Lewisville. Castle Hills includes single familyand multi-family homes, commercial sites, office sites, and large parksand recreational areas, all surrounding an 18 hole golf course. Frisco Square / Frisco, Texas - A 147 acremulti-phase mixed use project basically creating the "new" downtown Frisco.This project includes aspects of just about every kind of construction,including retail, commercial, and residential. Frisco Square will ultimatelyprovide the site for the new Frisco municipal buildings, including a policestation, heritage center, a library, and churches/private schools.
