SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Our standard policy is to ship your order within two to three business days, Monday through Friday, if inventory allows. The gift(s) will be shipped and insured by UPS or FedEx. You will receive an email from us with the tracking number as soon as it is available. Once you have that tracking number you can track your shipment from our web site or from the www.ups.com or www.fedex.com site.

Your gift(s) can take anywhere from two to four business days via standard ground shipment. We also have 2nd Day Air available, as well as Next Day Air. Express Shipping guarantees that your gift(s) will arrive within two business days, if we receive the order by 3pm/PST Monday — Thursday. If your order is placed between Friday – Sunday, it will arrive on Tuesday. The costs for our standard shipping are:

The above pricing includes shipping, handling and insurance of the gift(s). Next Day shipping is limited to certain geographical areas in the United States. Express Shipping is part of our Express Shopping service. It is for that last minute shopper that must get a gift to that special someone the very next day!! RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love the gift you received! If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or return it, we are happy to replace it with another selection or refund the credit card used for the purchase minus the shipping charges. A gift certificate will be issued for merchandise received as a gift.

The gift must be returned within thirty days from the date it was received and be in good condition in order to complete the exchange or credit. Please contact us immediately, if the gift is damaged in shipment. Arte d’Italia will provide a prepaid UPS or FedEx return label.

Once you have decided that you want an exchange or credit just repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, include the packing slip and follow these two simple steps:

  1. Email or call us for a return authorization number (RA#) or call Customer Service at 415-409-2021. We will issue an RA# immediately. Please include the RA# with your return, and send to:

  3. For your security, please, return your gift via an insured carrier and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case the gift is damaged or lost in transit.
