The Conference Server architecture is a flexible, SIP-based architecture for group communication. While all the conferencing server modules may be run on the same physical server, they may also be distributed as separate modules throughout the network to maximize flexibility, scalability and manageability. The initial release of the Session Conference Server operates on Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, with support for other platforms to follow.
