In this picture Wally is between takes of the boarding scene dressed as a third class passenger. On the left is the Titanic, in the background are other passengers, and on the top right are the mannequins waving.
Here is Wally dressed as the character I played, Jack Thayer, Jr., with a first class lady and the actor that played my Dad. In this picture he was about to go to film the gym scene in which he had a lifejacket on and had to ride a stationary bicycle (more details of this scene in the Diary section). In the background was the tent where most of the passengers would spend their day between takes.
In this picture I am right in back of Kate winslet walking down the stairs with the actor that played my "Dad" which is in back of Leonardo Dicaprio. My characters name was Jack Thayer Jr., and was one of the few that survived the sinking of the Titanic.
In this picture my friends and I (I am the one with the yellow tray) are playing dominoes between takes. Some days we would barely have enough time to eat, and other days we we would do some takes and go back to the tent, or not be needed on set at all then we would stay in the tent all day and eat, read, play, sleep, etc..
In this picture my friend and I (the one on the right) are posing during the early morning on the huge outside set before they started filming. On top where the passengers would enter the boat, most of the people seen were only mannequins.
